Group Leader IT System & Application

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and business applications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues. Provide technical support to end users and resolve incidents promptly. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Perform system upgrades, patches, and software deployments. Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for application support. Maintain system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures. Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are in place. Monitor system security and implement security best practices. Analyze business requirements and recommend system improvements or new technologies. Support application integration and data migration projects. Participate in IT projects, including implementation, testing, and rollout of new systems.
